Elizabeth A.  (Sister)  Downer  passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Trinity Healthcare Center. A service will be held at Cockrell Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Curtis Bray officiating. There will be a one-hour visitation before the service at the funeral home. FACE MASKS ARE PREFERRED.
