Sara Smith Wheeless passed away at her residence in Shuqualak, MS on October 14, 2010. Funeral services will be held at Cockrell Funeral Home in Macon, MS. at 11:00 a.m. on Monday October 18, 2010. Visitaton will be held at the funeral home from 10 until 11 a.m. Graveside services will be held at Buchatunna Community Cemetery. She was a native of Quitman, MS where she grew up and graduated high school. She retired from Burlington Shirt Manufacturing Co and then worked as a nurses aide for the past 15 years. She and John Harold Wheeless were married in 2007. She enjoyed being a nurse’s aide and helping people.
Survivors include her spouse: John Harold Wheeless-Shuqualak, Ms
One son: Greg Crocker – Jackson, MS, one Brother: William (Bill) Shirley) West VA.
She was predeceased by her parents; one son: Eric Crocker; and a husband: Pete Smith.
