Vernon Nichols, age 86, passed away April 4, 2014 at Montezuma, KS.
Mr. Nichols was a longtime resident of the Gainesville, AL area.
His funeral service will be held at10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Southern Star Mennonite Church in Geiger, Alabama. Interment will follow in Souls Chapel Cemetery in Geiger. Visitation hours will be Monday, April 7, 2014 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth, and 6 children, Rachel Unruh (Larry), Ron Nichols (Camilla), Alan Nichols (LeAnne), Clark Nichols (Judy), DeeAnn Koehn (Steve), and Bob Nichols (Jana).
