Nan Bouchillon Neely

Mrs. Nan M. Bouchillon Neely, 67, of Meridian, MS passed away at Infinity Hospice on July 9, 2011. Her funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday July 13, 2011 at Shuqualak Baptist Church in Shuqualak, MS with Bro. Derrick Wilson and Bro. Gerald Butler officiating. Interment will follow in Shuqualak Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held at Cockrell Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society. Cockrell Funeral Home of Macon is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Neely was a native of Electric Mills. She attended school at Shuqualak High School and later moved to Arkansas, where she lived for 23 years. She was a hard worker and was also a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter.
Mrs. Neely was a member of Shuqualak Baptist Church.

Mrs. Neely is survived by four daughters: La Donna McKinney (Danny) of Springtown, TX; Janie Birdtail (Marvin) of Hickory, MS; Tammy Ardion (Justin) of Huntsville, AL; and Sonya Blanton of Gordo, AL, four sons: Mike Bradshaw (Tersia) of Cabazone, CA; Gaylon Bradshaw ( Wendi) of Hattiesburg, MS; Tim Neely (Judy) of Tupelo, MS; and Charles Neely ( Kym) of Fulton, MS. Also left to mourn her passing are four sisters: Betty Conner of Macon, MS; Cecilia Floore of Shuqualak, MS; Joann Sciple of Meridian, MS; and Mary Brown (James) of Bailey, MS, two brothers: James Bouchillon of Northport, AL. and Roland Bouchillon of Bailey, Ms, 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, and a lifelong friend: Mary Alice Coleman of Shuqualak, MS. She was predeceased by her parents, her spouse: Joe Neely, and one brother: David Bouchillon.
